The Cyborg Warrior, who's name is as yet unknown, is a Triad thug who voluntarily underwent extensive cybernetic modification in the service of his Tong. He is not very bright and is easily ordered, but he is very capable in a fight and is very deadly. His right arm has been replaced by a bionic arm that ends in a powerful Laser Cannon, similar to the ones used in Hardsuits. His left eye has been replaced with a low-light thermographic optic. A large communication antenna extends from the back of his head, used to relay signals from his brain and optic sensor to a remote receiver or base. The Cyborg Warrior's most deadly modification, however, is a Therm-optic camoflague skinweave woven into his machine by advanced nanotechnology.
The highly advanced technology and level of investment that has gone into this warrior is an indication of the new direction the Chinese Mafia has taken under Xin Xiang. The New Triads are very high-tech, highly funded, and very closely aligned with the mega-corporations. The Warrior is the prototype of a new Triad soldier, but it's rumored that more gang members have already volunteered for similar modifications.
The Cyborg Warrior survived the assault on the Triad warehouse in the Northeast Portland dock district by the Dragon Knights. He was knocked unconscious by Alisa Thomas who was braving a known trap to rescue her brother Taylor. His current whereabouts are unknown, but with the power vaccuum created by the death of Xin Xiang, the Triad Boss, his future seems uncertain.
