Description:

Young Taylor Thomas is a well-intentioned kid who is just alittle too enthusiastic. He is a brilliant mecha designer, responsible for many of the modifications and upgrades of the Dragon Knight hardsuits, but his persistence can become annoying quickly.

Taylor is being raised by his older sister Alisa. After their parents were killed in a mysterious "Gas Explosion" they went into hiding. They have kept a low profile in an attempt to get Genom to ignore them. Taylor does not go to school, his sister supervises his home-schooling. Taylor is a genius, however, inheriting his brains and technological prowess from his father.

Taylor gets around town on a small motor scooter. He often goes to the Tech-district in the North-Downtown industrial zone to procure parts for his designs. This is a dangerous part of town and he does this despite his sister's forbiddance.
