Kara Geenan fell deathly ill as a young girl. Her father, Dr. Klep Geenan, used an experimental sea-weed extract medicine to save his daughter. The unfortunate side effect was that his daughter took on a greenish hue and became aquatic. Now Kara lives on the ocean floor among the kelp forests. She possesses a parapsychic control over the kelp, which bends and sways to her will.
