Gina Ulos always loved the sea. As an Oceanographic student, Gina was bitten by a psychic flying fish. Soon afterward, she learned she could fly, but only while over bodies of water. Now she uses her power to patrol the surface, often with the help of her cantankerous friend Barnacle Bill the Sailor.
