BACKGROUND: Agent Warren Glass is a long-time member of Delta Green, almost since he joined the FBI in 1980 as a member of the Behavioral Sciences Unit. He was originally brought in as a "Friendly" and was exposed to paranormal elements. His subsequent actions, both for Delta Green and the FBI, earned him the nick-name "Kick-Ass Glass" for his penchant for action before contemplation. Eventually Glass became a full agent. His impulsiveness also nearly got him killed when, in 1989, Glass suffered a severe head wound from an "unidentified" assailant (actually a paranormal entity Glass refers cryptically to as "The Outer Ones") which chained him to a desk in D.C.

No longer able to serve as an active Delta Green agent, he operated through proxies, recruiting other agents to serve in his cell, designated "T" Cell. Glass' impulsiveness carried over to his leadership of T Cell, often putting them in needlessly dangerous situations and taking unneccesary risks. These actions earned the team the nick-name "Killer-T" Cell. T Cell operated for several years with only minor casualties until 1996 when his entire cell was decimated in an apparent "accident" on board a Russian freighter in the Arctic. It was Glass' orders that got them killed and he regrets his decisions that led to their deaths.

Now he is finally re-forming T Cell, with all new members. He hopes to rectify his past mistakes and move one with a new team.

Glass lives at home with his wife, Naomi, and daughter, Kaysia. He is a devoted family man and his wife is unaware of his affiliation with Delta Green.
