• Japan's "Bubble Economy" increases organized crime worldwide, including the Pacific Northwest, which has strong Asian ties.
• The first suit of powered armor, the U.S. Army's top-secret Slave-Trooper MADOX-01 goes out of control in downtown Tokyo.

• The European Community is organized.

• Worsening ecological conditions force the mass migration of the rural population of the Pacific Northwest to the cities of Portland, Seattle, and Vancouver.
• Genom purchases vast tracts of abandoned land in the Pacific Northwest. After purchase, these areas are marked off-limits and allowed to revert to it's natural state.

• The Cascadia Metropolitan Alliance is formed to coordinate and combine the municipal governments of Portland, Seattle, and Vancouver.
• Massive construction projects are begun by the newly formed CMA using funding from Genom. These include the Lewis and Clark Spaceport, the Cascadia Maglev, and several gigantic arcologies in Vancouver, Seattle, and Portland. At first, construction is slow and seems impossible, but the coming Boomer technology of the early 20's allows for these projects' completion well ahead of shedule.
• The Catastrophe Containment and Control Department is formed to unify and coordinate public-services such as Police, Fire, and Emergency Services.

• The first boomer is built by Dr. Stingray at Wiz Laboratories.
• The U.S. Supreme Court rules that Boomers are eligible for protection of the Constitution and had Civl Rights, but only upon demonstrating a capability for independent determination and suing for their emancipation.

• The Lewis and Clark Spaceport is completed and opened south of Seattle at former Fort Lewis.

2024

• Taylor Thomas born.
• Genom towers are built around the world, including Portland, Oregon.

2025

• The Second Great Kanto Earthquake levels most of Tokyo. Many Japanese immigrate to the Pacific Northwest.
• The Cascadia Maglev connecting Portland to Seattle to Vancouver is opened, providing cheap and blindingly swift transit between the three cities. Slower local trains run alongside the faster express and stop at smaller cities along the route, including Portland, Kelso, Centralia, Olympia, Tacoma, Seattle, Bellingham, and Vancouver.

• SDPC establishes orbital station Genaros-1 as a transfer point to the Moonbase.
• Meg was activated at Genom NW in Portland, Oregon.

2027

• First A.D.Police units formed in Tokyo.
• Meg successfully sues for her independence from Genom.

2028

• Genom begins a campaign of active demolition of any and all structures and roads within it's vast wilderness land holdings. Refugees trapped in the isolated and abandoned towns are eliminated by combat boomers before the demolition boomers arrive.
• Toshi Nagata retires from Genom.
• D. MacGrady opens MacGrady Motors with Geoff Lundt with his reward money.

2029

• Janet Alusio-Thomas and her husband Bill Thomas disappear and are believed dead by the authorities.
• Alisa Thomas receives a package of directions from her father and plans for the hardsuits.

2030

• Rick Kulland and his friend Nick Hurley were involved in shoplifiting incident. Nick was caught but Rick got away.
• Sylia Stingray secretly begins construction of the hardsuits.
• The 3CD forms it's own verson of the A.D.Police.

2031

• Rick Kulland joined the ADPolice with false I.D. papers.
• The Knight Sabers are formed in MegaTokyo.
• D.'s partner Goeff Lundt embezzles and makes off with several hundred thousand yen, forcing D. to consider closing up shop.
• D. is approached by Alisa Thomas regarding the formation of the Dragon Knights and the investment in MacGrady Motors..
• Toshi Nagata's daughter is born.

2032

• Incidents of rampaging Combat Boomers increase.
• The Dragon Knights are secretly formed in Portland, Oregon.
• Rick Kulland is promoted to the rank of Inspector after a disastrous boomer rampage killed nearly all of his tactical squad. Rick was the ranking surviving officer.
• Toshi Nagata's wife dies in a mysterious explosion, but her remains are never found.

2033

• May: Dragon Knights rescue stranded refugees from a camp deep within Genom-owned land in the Cascade Mountain Forests scheduled for demolition.
• The Cascadia Mag-Lev to Seattle from Portland is hijacked by Boomer-Rights Activists but is recaptured by Toshi Nagata, Meg, and D. MacGrady.
• June: The Genom Bank is robbed at night by a boomer impersonating Meg. A confrontation atop Genom NW tower between Meg and Iria results in a deal being struck between Rick Kulland and Toy Tanaka for Meg's safety. Meg gains a new identity.
• June: Rick is assigned Yuri Hunter as his partner.
• July: The Cat is captured in Washington Park after escaping from a top-secret Genom Research facility.
• August: Old-Model Combat Boomers wreak havoc on NW 23rd Ave during a failed kidnapping attempt of a Genom scientist.
• September: Rick has Taylor build Dychstra. Rick is later near fatally wounded in an ADPolice raid on Tong Black Market Ship in Willammete resulting in the destruction of the ship and it's cargo.
• November: ADPolice begins it's XK-33 Hardsuit Program with Eric Sork as the pilot. After Rick is again near-fatally injured in a Boomer incident, he decides to quit the ADPolice to become a Private Investigator.
• December: Gorge's report on the extent of the Genom conspiracy to replace Government officials is supressed when a VR Generator is found in his apartment. Toshi and Meg steal plans for Operation One from Genom Tower.
• December 19th: Toshi's old enemy, Masaomi Kanzaki, reveals to Toshi that his wife is still alive and being held in Cryogenic Storage in an underwater base in the South Pacific.
• December 21st: Alisa goes to MegaTokyo to discuss her options with her contact, Sylia Stingray. Toshi accompanies her to meet with his contact, Kate Madigan, who owes him a favor.
• December 23rd: Toshi travels back to the CMA ahead of Alisa and hires a cargo plane to take him and some equipment to the South Pacific. The Dragon Knights commandeer the contents of a black van containing a Covert Boomer relay station.
• December 24th: Toshi attacks the Genom Special Assets Depository in the South Pacific, rescuing his wife and Alisa's father.
• December 26th: D. comes home to see his shop a wreck and that he now employs a new boomer. Geoff Lundt is killed while attempting to reconcile with his former partner D. by Tong Assassins who he stole money from.
• December 31st: Toy Tanaka is hosting a gala New Years Eve Party whose guest list includes: President Diedre Shaw, the Mayors of Seattle, Portland, and Vancouver, several Senators, several Civil Congresspeople, and about 5,000 of his closest friends. Tonight is the night he plans to take over the CMA!
