Molly is a native of North Carolina and has a beautiful thick southern drawl. She is also a feisty independent woman who don't take no crap from nobody. So why she still dates Rick Kulland, the philandering lecherous womanizing ADPolice inspector, is anyone's guess.

They fight constanty, and she is preturnaturally jealous, but she stays by him and is there for him whenever he needs her. Deep down, they really love each other and Rick's behavior is perhaps, in some small way, a denial of his feelings for her, and she recognizes that. Or perhaps she just enjoys the physical relationship and denies her own absence of true feelings by playing jealous. Whatever the psycho-babble reason, their relationship, however rocky, has endured for over a year and it's future seems uncertain.
