One thing that bugs me about the Bubblegum Crisis: The Role-Playing Game is the lack of adherence to their own rules the creators of the game show towards the main characters of the OAVs. They admit that they are not creating balanced characters, but are trying to simulate the abilities demonstrated in the series. I submit that players of the game are trying themselves to emulate the characters of the series in their own way, otherwise they'd play Cyberpunk 2020.
