N-Police Inspector

Trevor Manson is a Portland N-Police detective assigned to stop organized crime in the CMA. Since much of the Triad's dealings is in the smuggling of illegal boomers, his work often brings him in contact with the AD Police and Rick Kulland. Manson is a former "Gutterpunk," one of the thousands of kids who grew up on the streets of Portland and Seattle. They are a nomadic bunch who travel from town to town, hitchhiking everywhere (for more on the Pacific Northwest's Gutterpunks, read "After Nirvana" by Lee Williams). Trevor is one of the incredibly rare examples of a Gutterpunk that not only survived to adulthood, but managed to stay out of trouble and eventually get out of the gutter. He has kept his purple hair and piercings from his teenage years as a reminder of who he once was. His eyes have been replaced with low-quality military optics after a stint with the U.S. Army in the Polar War.
