Description:
How Rick Kulland became an AD Police Inspector is anyone's guess. He came from a middle
class family, normal except that his father was imprisoned on embezzling charges to
protect his uncle. On a shoplifting trip at age 16 with his friend, Nick Hurley, he
managed to escape while his friend was caught. He has a girlfriend with whom he fights
with constantly and never seems to stay loyal to. He joined the Portland Police Department
and through sheer luck managed to land a position in the ADPolice. It was d uring a raid
in Gresham that his nearly his entire squad was killed, leaving Rick the ranking officer.
His survival impressed his superiors, so they officially promoted him to Inspector, the
youngest officer ever to hold that rank in the 16 year history o f the ADPolice in the
CMA.
Campaign Update! After two near-fatal injuries within the span
of a month, Rick has decided to resign from the ADPolice and become a
Private Investigator. He has also gotten a tattoo on his arm with Molly's
name on it. His replacement in the ADPolice is Inspector Johnson, a tall
brtush looking man with no emotion (it has since been revealed that
Johnson is a boomer duplicate).
