Twin brothers and former bicycle messengers who purchased special super-powered custom bicycles from the mysterious Chiron Corporation. They were forced to commit crimes for their benefactor when they couldn't pay for their bikes, or their mounting legal bills stemming from civil lawsuits from their use.
