The villain known as Mega-Hertz was born with the ability to hear radio frequencies. As Mega-Hertz grew older, the uncontrollable voices drove him insane. As he matured, he learned that he could transmit radio waves and even high frequencies. As an adult, the criminal Mega-Hertz is the master of the non-visible Electromagnetic specturm, controlling radio and microwaves on one end and X-Rays and Gamma Rays on the other end.
