The Heffer was one of Professor Stewart's early genetic experiments, a test-bed for his anthropomorphic modifications. Upon completion of his experiment, the Heffer was to be destroyed. Instead, she managed to make her escape and eventually found refuge with the Terror Teens and the Chiron Academy.
