EMA-105 Vigil update


A upgrade of the good old Vector, the Vigil's distinguishing feature is its lack of distinguishing features (to quote Kou Uraki). Crosslinking the arm and leg missile racks would make it a better barrage Mek, but I think it stands up well against the Rampage. No e-seat, though.
