The Math Involved
I arrived at these statistics by using the weapon data listed in the Bubblegum Crisis RPG, determining the average damage done by the DC, and dividing that by 5 Hits per Unscaled Mekton Kill. I was then able to determine an unscaled CP cost and range, which I converted back to 1/10 scale by multiplying the unscaled range by 50m to determine the Fuzion range and dividing the Unscaled CP Cost by 5 to determine the Scaled CP Cost. I then used the range multiplier formula [(%change x .005) + 0.5] to determine the CP cost of the weapon for the range listed in BGC.
